      Ingredients
      • 1 cup Spinach or Mixed Greens
      • 1/4 cup bell peppers , sliced
      • 1/4 cup Red Cabbage , shredded
      • 1/4 cup Butternut Squash noodles/strings
      • 1/4 cup Chickpeas , dried (you can make your own or use store bought ones for ease of conveince)
