What’s Included in our Coaching Programs?
To begin, you’ll complete:
- Training Zones, Fueling & Hydration Plan (VO2Max, lactate and sweat testing) to assess fitness, nutrition, and hydration needs
- 60-minute Coaching Consultation to assess athletic background, time commitment and begin the coaching process
Next, for an ongoing monthly fee, you’ll receive integrative care from our team of professionals. This includes:
- Daily, specific, customized workouts provided in regular time blocks via Final Surge with which includes ongoing monitoring of fitness (pacing, heart rate zones, recovery, etc.), and nutrition (daily and sport specific).
- Regular interaction and constructive feedback via 15-minute phone calls as well as unlimited e-mail or text communication so you’re never confused, stuck or overwhelmed.
- Customized daily and race day nutrition plans, ongoing macronutrient and micronutrient analysis to keep you at optimal health and performance, and smart supplement recommendations.

The Platinum Athlete
This is the most popular program and provides the most value.
Get everything from the VIP Athlete Program, replacing unlimited services with one monthly complimentary personal session based on your needs and communication with your coach.
Your session can include a sport specific workout (swim lesson, bike fit or run form session), 60-minute nutrition consult, massage (60, 75 or 90-minutes), 30 or 45-minute sport psychology session, 40-minute physical therapy session, or any metabolic or sweat test. The Gold Athlete
Ideal for the “hands-off” athlete looking for personalized coaching with a convenient monthly plan, this program includes a monthly 15-minute coaching call and 10% off additional services.
