Mash the banana and combine with the two eggs. Stir to combine.
Add in protein powder.
Heat a skillet to medium heat and add in pancake batter. You can make them any size you'd like. I used my 1/4 cup measuring cup to portion my pancakes out.
Cook each side of the pancake for a few minutes or until golden brown.
Once pancakes are cooked, remove from heat and add your desired toppings. For this meal I topped my pancakes with peanut butter, banana, granola and maple syrup.
