Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1-3 leaves butter lettuce or spinach
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2-3 tablespoons Avocado sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha amount depends on how spicy you prefer it

Instructions

  • Spread hummus onto bread.
  • Build the sandwich by topping the hummus with your colorfuel (lettuce/spinach, bell pepper, carrots) and healthy fat (avocado).
  • Add sriracha and enjoy!
