Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • salt as desired
  • pepper as desired

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt an pepper. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and set on high for 4 hours. After 4 hours shred chicken with 2 forks in slow cooker pot. Shake off liquid while placing meat into tacos. Try it in quesadillas, bell pepper nachos, or on a salad. This is easily frozen too (just be sure you cool it first).
