Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread ,toasted (can substitute gluten free bread)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 each banana , sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries ,washed and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Toast each slice of bread to desired doneness.
  • Once toasted spread peanut butter or your favorite nut butter over bread.
  • Top with sliced bananas and blueberries.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds over the top and enjoy.
