whole wheat bread
,toasted (can substitute gluten free bread)

tablespoons
peanut butter

banana
, sliced
1/4
cup
blueberries
,washed and rinsed

tablespoon
chia seeds
Instructions
Toast each slice of bread to desired doneness.
Once toasted spread peanut butter or your favorite nut butter over bread.
Top with sliced bananas and blueberries.
Sprinkle chia seeds over the top and enjoy.
