peanut butter

banana
sliced

chia seeds
Instructions
Wash, dry and pierce the sweet potato with a fork.
Bake the sweet potato either in the oven or the microwave. The oven will take longer however, the sweet potato will get sweeter.
Once done baking, remove from the oven and cut in half. Lightly mash the inside of each half.
Top each half with peanut butter, sliced banana and chia seeds.
