Instructions
Stir nut or seed butter with milk, protein powder (if using). vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a mason jar or bowl. Add the oats, zucchini, and raisins ensuring they are all immersed in the liquid. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for up to 3 days. Add sweetener if desired. Consume cold or reheat and enjoy warm.
