Calories:
- 1 cup milk dairy (organic) or non-dairy
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 1.5 T organic cane sugar or sweetener of choice (nothing fake here!)
- pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract mint, almond or coconut work well too
- 1/4 tsp arrowroot or corn starch
Heat milk on the stovetop (or microwave). Whisk in cocoa, sugar, salt, extract and starch until smooth and heated through. Serve and enjoy!
