Genetic Testing with 3×4 Genetics

We are proud to partner with 3×4 Genetics to provide a simple-to-use genetic test will give you deep insight into how to live longer, healthier and better. In particular, we can use this tool to help you improve your performance, lose weight, or get healthy and fit.

For example, we can see your training response, injury risk, endurance ability, strength ability and recovery ability. 3×4 maps it out with an easy-to-read low-medium-high-or very high response based on your genes. We are also able to see various nutrient pathways including caffeine, B12, gluten, vitamin D and more. Furthermore, we will see your cellular pathways and your ability to methylate, detoxify and deal with inflammation and oxidative stress. Plus, we see your energy pathways, including your metabolic expenditure, resistance to gain or lose weight, and your appetite.

3×4 Genetics uses advanced testing and analysis to group your genes into functional pathways. The final, easy-to-read blueprint uses these pathways to easily explain your body’s health story.

Our Licensed & Registered Dietitians will work through the blueprint with you to prioritize what daily health and nutrition choices you can make to ensure a lifelong health based on your unique makeup.

This test is provided as part of several of our nutrition programs. It can also be added-on to other programs or Coaching plans. This is NOT a stand-alone test (that defeats the purpose!). The power of the results lies in a complete assessment and recommendations by your Dietitian.

What are next steps?

1. Book your free nutrition consult with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to see how we can use this test to design your personalized diet, training and lifestyle recommendations. The test is included in many of our sports & wellness nutrition programs. However, we can sell the test a la carte for $347 (not including the cost of the consult for interpretation, which is the most important part of the process). We accept credit cards, debit card or FSA/HSA account as payment.
2. After we receive your payment, within 1 business day, we’ll have 3×4 Genetics send a kit to your doorstep (please be aware that COVID-19 has been affecting shipping times). Be sure to check your email as 3×4 Genetics will confirm your shipment details.
3. Once the kit arrives, follow the instructions carefully. It’s a simple 30 second cheek swap on each side of your mouth. Then follow the directions to mail your kit (shipping is included) back to 3×4 to be analyzed.
4. Your results will be sent to us in approximately 3-5 weeks. We’ll contact you via our portal with your results and to schedule your appointment(s).
