Got questions? Well we have answers!

Of course! We aim to make your introduction to triathlon and multisport an enjoyable experience. We’ll give you all the training tools, coach advice and encouragement you’ll need to cross the finish line happy and healthy. We welcome a vast level of experiences in order for us to learn from each other and make the sport welcoming and exciting.

Group Training and Club memberships provide structure, accountability, and community through coach-designed training and team support.

Our 1-on-1 coaching programs are fully personalized, include regular coach communication, and are tailored to your individual goals, schedule, and performance data.

Athletes often use Group Training or the Club as a foundation before layering in 1-on-1 coaching when goals become more specific.

Choose Class Plus if you’re local to the Cary/Raleigh area and want coach-led, in-person swim, bike, run, and strength workouts with hands-on feedback and accountability. This option is ideal if you thrive on showing up for scheduled classes and training alongside teammates.

Choose the Club if you live outside the Triangle area, travel frequently, or want a more flexible, lower-cost option while still being part of the team. Club members train independently using coach-designed TrainingPeaks plans, participate in virtual rides and challenges, and stay connected through our community and team events.

Both options offer structure, motivation, and a strong sense of community—just at different levels of coaching and in-person access. Many athletes move between options as their schedule, location, or goals change.

Yes. Many athletes move between Class Plus and Club based on their schedule, location, or training season.

To ensure a smooth transition with billing, TrainingPeaks access, and class permissions, we ask for at least two weeks’ notice before switching membership options. Our team will take care of the adjustments and confirm everything with you.

If you’re unsure which option is best right now, we’re happy to help you decide.

Participation naturally ebbs and flows with race seasons, travel, and life—we’re here to support consistency over perfection. Reach out to our team and we’ll help you navigate what’s best for you.

Of course! If you’re already getting your programming from another platform or coach, then we would suggest doing our Class or Social membership so you can take advantage of the group atmosphere while still following your own plan.

Absolutely! Even if you’re a member of another club or team, you’re welcome to be a part of ours. Our vision is to nurture a diverse community through endurance sports, so please join us!

Group Training and Club athletes receive coach-built training plans delivered through TrainingPeaks, designed for group progression and consistency.

These plans are not fully individualized or dynamically adjusted like our 1-on-1 coaching programs.

Our highly dedicated coaches are paid employees of the Endurance Edge and work hard to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable workout. All coaches are CPR and First Aid certified as well as holding a certification in their given discipline (swimming, triathlon, etc). Furthermore, we pay for additional liability insurance to cover participants in the event of an accident. We also cover any associated fees and permits required. Like a typical triathlon club, we don’t rely on paid sponsors, volunteer mentors, and large numbers of members. Instead, we focus on providing expert coaching with smaller group sizes for more personalized attention. We sincerely appreciate you supporting out small business so we can continue to build the community of endurance athletes!

We add you as coach paid athlete. Once your self-paid period ends, then we automatically adopt your account and start paying.

Membership includes a 6-month initial commitment. After that period, you may continue on a month-to-month basis. Our programs are designed for athletes who want consistency, connection, and ongoing support—not one-time workouts. This structure helps us create a stable, supportive environment where athletes can train together, grow together, and truly feel part of the team.

Athlete-led workouts are informal, community-driven sessions organized by members. Coach-led classes are directed by our certified, expert coaches.

Anytime there’s a minimum of 3 athletes per workout, you’re covered by our Club insurance.

The Endurance Edge is officially a USA Triathlon sanctioned triathlon club and Ironman-recognized Club that aligns with our vision of building a community through endurance sports.

But we’re more than just a triathlon or multisport “club.” Our unique Team Training Program is run by experienced coaches, experts and wellness professionals who want you to succeed both individually and together!

Our inclusive community embraces diversity in experiences, abilities, shapes, sizes and more. Just like any strong team, we work together to build each other up and learn from each other. Better yet, we do it all under the guidance of certified, coach-led workouts all year ’round.
