Do Your First Triathlon Program

Doing your first triathlon can be scary! But it doesn’t have to when you have The Endurance Edge by your side along they way.

We know how important it is to have training buddies and trusted coaches to guide you to your first triathlon, so we created a 3 month program leading to some great races in the area, including She Tris Chapel Hill (9/29), FS Series Knightdale Sprint (7/14), FS Series Wakefield Sprint (8/18) or Humans of Steel Reverse Sprint (8/4).

What do you get?

  • Daily coached workouts and clinics (including swim, strength, cycle, yoga and run workouts) so you get stronger
  • Step-by-step guided course called “The First Tri,” which includes videos, handouts and coach/mentor-led community to answer all your questions and ease your pre-race anxiety
  • A coach-curated training plan that gets you to race day
  • New training buddies and friends to make your journey fun and exciting
  • Discounts, freebies and oh…a FREE race entry to the race of your choice (She Tris Chapel Hill pool sprint for women, Humans of Steel Sprint open water tri, or FS Series Sprint pool swims)

Sound like fun? Ready to be part of an amazing group of athletes and coaches? We’d love to have you!

The Endurance Edge Team

The cost of the program (including all your workouts, clinics, training plan, swag, discounts and race entry fee) is 3 monthly payments of $209. Want to take longer to train? No worries, we can discuss on our free call.

Here’s how you get started:

  1. Book a free consult here between 3-5 months prior to race day to make sure we’re a good fit and get you registered for the program on the correct starting date (May 4 for Humans of Steel Open Water Sprint, May 18 for FS Series Wakefield pool sprint or Jun 29 for She Tris Chapel Hill pool sprint for women only)
  2. We’ll get you registered for the program (including our step-by-step First Tri Course), set up with your first 15 minute private coaching call to get the right training plan for you, and get your free race entry and swag bag!
  3. Follow the training plan, come to group workouts, meet new training buddies, get motivated by your coaches and be ready to finish your first triathlon!
