You’re welcome to join as many live calls as you’d like. While attending more calls often leads to greater success and a deeper understanding of your body, the community chat is also an excellent resource for sharing, learning, and troubleshooting.

We pick a specific genetic category or pathway from the genetics test to review during our monthly call. We encourage you to have your pdf available to review for reference. We’ll share the screen and use 1-2 volunteers, with their permission, to view their interactive, digital version of their genetic report and dive deeper into the various SNPs related to that category and discuss how everyone’s choices (lifestyle, nutrition, etc) can impact it. That typically leads to follow up questions and curiosities, like ideal supplements (if necessary), labs to track, etc. It’s very interactive, fun and interesting to learn about your body!

Come with your questions, wins and challenges. Everything from questions about your blood sugar management, meal planning, product questions, labs to get at a physical, and more. If there are no questions, JUST COME! We have a topic prepared that focuses mostly on psychology, including values, identities, and even some meditations. There’s magic in these calls and it’s unlike any other nutrition program!!!

Then we can focus on creating the right meals for you based on our method and experience in helping clients lose weight without killing themselves or heavy dieting. Plus, we have specific tools and calculators that assist in creating a plan that fits your needs.

Of course! Most of our clients identify as athletes in some capacity but ALL our clients want to be active in some capacity. They want to understand how to fuel their bodies in a way that’s sustainable, healthy and directed by their genetics. Plus, we give you the tools to understand what health metrics are relevant for your health and nutrition, whether you want to remain an athlete or not.

Most of our clients choose to stay an additional 6–24+ months with our monthly membership option, which provides ongoing access to our expanding library of modules, live accountability calls, exclusive discounts on nutrition, labs, supplements, and metabolic testing, plus continued support from our community for a low monthly rate.
