If you’re looking for a “quick fix,” this ain’t it.

Instead, we are all about prioritizing a balanced, flexible and personalized approach to nutrition and lifestyle choices. We focus on long-term behavior change and developing a positive relationship with food for sustainable weight management and overall health.

How does the program work?

Every week for 6 months, we’ll meet via Zoom, coaching you through the 6 steps, answering questions and keeping each other accountable. Can’t make it? We’ll record it.

We’ll release modules regularly in line with our Nutrition Edge Method in order for you to gain a science-backed approach to eating, habits and more.

You’ll be asked to be part of the community (via “homework” or challenges–and NOT on Facebook) in order to be held accountable to yourself, your coaches and the community. We’re here for you!

You’ll have access to food, mood and weight logs, all contained in the same app as your modules and community.

Using our genetic testing, get a sense of empowerment and control, knowing how your body is unique and what lifestyle and nutrition interventions are best (and worst) for you.

As a bonus, get ALL our Endurance Edge recipe ebooks and meal plans. Plus, get access to our meal planning app AND get an hour long private consult with one of our dietitians.
