What is ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub found in the dry areas of India and the Middle East.

The most popular type is KSM-66. It has the highest clinically studied and quality certifications out of all trademarked products. This is what you see in most products that contain ashwagandha.

What does ashwagandha do?

Ashwagandha can improve power and VO2 Max, and increase testosterone. It can also decrease cholesterol, cortisol, fatigue, arthritis, and anxiety.
