Get ready for four unforgettable days of training, learning, connecting, and leveling up—set against the crystal-clear waters and jaw-dropping mountain views of Lake Jocassee. This is your chance to train like a triathlete, recover like a pro, and have an absolute blast doing it.
Our all-inclusive camp is designed to make you feel supported, energized, and inspired every step of the way.
Dial in your technique, push your fitness, and experience the full “tri life” with structured workouts guided by expert, experienced coaches who genuinely love helping athletes shine.

Your Coaching Experts include Chris, Carlie, Marty and Jason (plus Jay, the chef!), combining over 60 years of racing and coaching experience!
Our coaches are with you all day—on deck, on the trail, at meals, during downtime. Ask your questions, get personalized tips, and walk away feeling 10x more confident about training and racing.
Train, fuel, recover, repeat. Our private chef has got you covered with healthy meals. Got an allergy? We got you!
Stay right on site so you can focus on training, connecting, and recharging—not commuting. Sleeping arrangements may vary, so you’ll likely be sharing a room and/or bed with another camper. We take great measures to ensure all campers have appropriate accommodations based on their needs.

Athletes of all levels—brand new sprint racers to seasoned long-course vets. Triathletes, runners and cyclists are welcome. All workouts are optional!
A working bike (road, gravel, or tri) + helmet (if you choose to cycle)
Ability to swim at least 500 yards without resting on the bottom (if you choose to swim)
A willingness to learn, try new things, and ask questions
A great attitude and desire to grow as a triathlete!
Covers everything except travel + personal gear. $100 deposit reserves your spot. Payment plans available (final payment due April 13), 2026). The Endurance Edge athletes get a generous discount.

Open water swimming
Bike handling, climbing, and descending
Pacing and strategy
Fueling and hydration

🧠 Personalized Coaching — All Day, Every Day
With four expert coaches supporting you throughout the entire camp, you’ll get direct, personalized guidance every session.
We’ll fine-tune your technique, adjust your pacing, help with fueling, troubleshoot GI issues, and give you the tools to train smarter and race stronger.
Camp is limited to only 20 athletes so that every participant receives hands-on, high-touch coaching.

Our chef keeps you fueled with delicious, nutrient-dense meals made specifically for endurance athletes.
Meals are crafted to support energy, recovery, and gut health so you show up ready for every session.
