A Fueling Pizza

June 20, 2018/in Nutrition, Recipes

By: Sarah Heckler, MS, RD/LDN, CISSN

As a dietitian, food is apart of everything I do. I truly enjoy food and showing people how it can be used to fuel the body. Take pizza for example, it often gets a bad reputation but if prepared following our Fueling Edge System it can create a well balanced dish.

Let us know what you think of this recipe and share some of your favorite recipes below! We love to see what you make, tag us in your food photos @TheEnduranceEdge.
