Sushi in a Bowl

Sushi In a Bowl

August 22, 2018/in Nutrition, Recipes

By: Sarah Heckler, MS, RD/LDN, CISSN

Sushi is one of our favorites but is not the easiest to make at home My simple fix, make a sushi bowl. For simplicity I left out the seafood and used edamame as my source of protein.
